The table at La Maison Brut Paris invites you to reconnect with nature through an eco-responsible commitment. All the raw materials in the kitchen and in the dining room come from Metropolitan France in order to boast a more ecological kitchen. At Maison Brut Paris, no coffee, chocolate or vanilla. We offer substitutes grown in France to share other emotions with you.

In the kitchen, chef Bastien Djait wishes to pay tribute to his artisans by using their products in their entirety.

In the dining room, we express ourselves through choices of materials and layouts, in order to place our customers at the center of the dialogue with our craftsmen.
The art of the table is carried out in the traditions of French gastronomic service while offering a touch of modernity. The wines are also the subject of a meticulous choice in the selection of the winegrowers that we wish to represent.
